This exceptional property is situated in a private park above the vineyards of Gassin. It is surrounded by grounds of 2.3 hectares, with wide ranging open views over the vineyards of La Rouillere and Chateau Barbeyrolles, as far as the bay of St Tropez and Ste Maxime in the distance.
Built in red cedar, the accommodation is on one level with the rooms opening to terraces. A large covered terrace outside the living room is furnished with rattan chairs and sofas and a large fridge. There are also two dining terraces, one at the rear of the house, with a large barbecue with built-in table around it, and one at the front, with views over the valley. Within the landscaped garden is a swimming pool (11x5m) with teak deck surround and an outdoor shower. A further covered terrace to one side has a large Jacuzzi beside it. There is a hammock and a children's play area with swings and a huge trampoline.
The very stylish interiors have natural wooden floors and walls and are beautifully furnished throughout. Amenities include air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms, satellite TV, DVD, stereo CD player and high speed internet access.
