All booking requests will give you an instant answer about a hotel's availability. However, with smaller hotels, an automatic request email will return their best rates and availability, saving you time and avoiding any language difficulties or time-zone headaches.

Hassle-free
The reservations team deals with the hassle. They confirm the room, and if deposits are to be paid, they handle the payment. No misunderstandings in foreign languages, and no doubt that the hotel has your reservation. If you need parking or a transfer from the airport, they can advise on that, as well as restaurants, baby-sitting services, whether the room has a tub or a shower, and so on.
Security
Your booking is managed via a secure server and your details, including credit card number, are automatically encrypted. If a deposit is required, you get clear acknowledgement of receipt. The reservations system has IATA accreditation. If anything should go wrong, either before or during your stay, the reservations team is available to sort it out for you.
Reservation Requests vs Check Availability
You will notice that hotels either have Reservation Request or Check Availability on their profile pages. If you see Reservation Request, simply fill out the reservation request form and your reservation details will be sent immediately to the hotel. One of our reservations specialists or the hotel will get back to you in a timely manner to confirm or decline the request. Reservation Request further means that a hotel does not offer the ability to see real time rate & availability checks.
